  14. A PCI Card will out perform an ISA card any day. It is a matter of data
  15. transfer and PCI moves data along a 32 bit path where ISA is 16 bit. I have a
  16. Perception and as far as I can tell, (by doing tests with scopes) The PVR
  17. wins hands down. I tested it against Media 100, Avid 8000, Fast Video
  18. Machine, and Flyer.

  20. Component input and output makes a great deal of difference. If you plan to
  21. buy a card, make sure it has composite,SVHS, and component Betacam in and
  22. out. Hope this helps.
